🏓 Why One To One Personal Coaching Sessions?🏓

In my coaching and playing career spanning over 45 years I have seen countless times that the best way to learn or improve in the shortest time possible is with personal one to one coaching sessions….

The players who achieve the goals they have for their standard of play and results they want are the ones who invest their time and commit to regular, consistent training with a coach to help and guide them over a sustained period of time.

One To One Coaching Sessions are for you if….

You are a beginner, have played a little recreational table tennis or have been playing for less than 12 months

You have been playing for a number of years but have not yet had any coaching lessons

You are currently a club player of local league standard , a tournament standard player or above.

And…

You want to start learning how to play to a better standard

You now feel the time is right for you to receive some coaching lessons that will help you improve

You want to get rid of those annoying bad habits that have become part of your game that cost you so many lost points

You feel frustrated that you have been stuck at the same standard for a number of years but feel that you are capable of reaching the next level and really want to find a way to achieve this in the next 12 months.

You have always wanted to really improve but are not sure how to make the progress you really want.

You can't quite seem to figure out a way to achieve lasting significant improvements.

You want to get better results against players whom you have always struggled against up until now.

You just want to feel that you are making progress and you are improving

Is success guaranteed?

There is no magic spell I can use to suddenly transform you into a better player , however I can give you the benefit of all my experience as a player and 15 years coaching to guide and support you to be the very best player possible.

To get the best results will require regular consistent effort and commitment on your part as there are no shortcuts , the more time and effort you put in the more you will improve and become a better player.

Personal one to one coaching sessions are the best way to learn the game, improve your level of play and improve your results if you play matches.

How do personal one to one coaching sessions work?

The sessions are intensive sessions held over a specific length of time of your choosing.

I use various proven training techniques , including multi ball training.

The sessions can be done in a flexible format based on your preferences : 1 hour , 1 hour 30 mins, 2 hours , or longer if you prefer

Early morning , daytime and evening sessions are available.

Venue for the coaching sessions can be:

At my venue in Maidstone which is available 24/7
At your own club if this is allowed by your club.
At a venue of your choosing.
Your home if you have a suitable table setup at home.

All ages are welcome , minors will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Following on from the feedback, I have simplified things so you if you are wanting to have one to one coaching sessions you can book a single session or book a package of sessions.

I have various offers on packages of one to one sessions available.
